Food & Fire Experience by Lucas Mallmann | Bariloche

Enjoy the authentic flavours of Patagonia during an unforgettable culinary experience hosted by local chef Lucas Mallmann.
Far from the bustle of the city, guests are welcomed to the Mallmann family farm on the remote San Pedro Peninsula, surrounded by the breathtaking landscapes of Argentine Patagonia. Here, Lucas shares his traditional “cocina de fuegos” — a rustic style of cooking where fire, cast iron, and simple techniques bring out the pure essence of each ingredient.
Accompanied by excellent Argentine wine, guests enjoy a carefully prepared menu featuring fresh Patagonian trout, local vegetables, and traditional meats, all slowly cooked over the fire. Even dessert becomes part of this elemental culinary ritual.

On the Trail of the Puma | Torres del Paine
Experience the wild heart of Patagonia during an unforgettable puma tracking adventure in Torres del Paine National Park.
Guided by an expert tracker and naturalist guide, guests explore Patagonia’s breathtaking landscapes in search of the elusive puma — the iconic predator of the region. The safari is conducted mainly by vehicle, with occasional easy walks along authorised trails, offering exceptional opportunities for wildlife observation and photography.
Along the way, guests may also encounter guanacos, foxes, condors, and native bird species while learning about the unique ecosystem of Torres del Paine.
This private experience begins before sunrise, including a lunch break and continues until sunset, maximizing the chances of spotting pumas in their natural habitat. Winter months are considered especially favourable for sightings due to the snowy landscapes and increased animal movement.

Rapa Nui Artisan Workshops | Easter Island

Early VIP Access to Sugarloaf Mountain | Rio de Janeiro
Begin the day with an extraordinary sunrise experience at Rio’s iconic Sugarloaf Mountain. Panoramic Flight Over the Amazon | Manaus
Experience the vastness and grandeur of the Amazon from a new perspective during this unforgettable seaplane flight above Manaus and its surrounding natural wonders.
The journey begins with scenic views over Manaus, the Rio Negro, and some of the city’s most iconic landmarks before continuing to the spectacular Meeting of the Waters, where the dark waters of the Rio Negro and the sandy-colored Solimões River flow side by side without mixing – one of the Amazon’s most fascinating natural phenomena.
