SAT ARGENTINA

This inspiring journey through Argentina offers travellers a fresh female perspective on the country’s heritage and contemporary life.
Start in Buenos Aires and soak in the capital's vibrant energy, from its iconic landmarks to its culinary traditions. A special focus is placed on the women who shaped Argentina’s history: during a walking tour through Puerto Madero, travellers learn more about important female figures, passing by the “Puente de la Mujer” (women's bridge) and streets named after influential women. Also visit the Evita Museum, dedicated to the life and legacy of Eva Perón, Argentina’s former first lady. In the evening, a home-hosted dinner adds a warm and personal welcome to the capital. Further memorable encounters await in the Argentine pampas and the Tigre Delta. In San Antonio de Areco, guests explore the traditional gaucho town and discover workshops led by local women. In Tigre, a visit to Daravi offers insight into a remarkable triple-impact initiative that creates purposeful products from industrial waste while generating work and opportunities for women. During a breakfast and a hands-on necklace-making workshop at the factory, travellers connect directly with the project’s creative and social impact.
The journey continues to the northwest, where Salta and Cafayate reveal Argentina’s rich culinary and natural heritage, from market visits and local cuisine to vineyards, dramatic valleys, and colourful landscapes.
In Iguazú, the country`s extraordinary natural wonders take centre stage, complemented by a visit to a local Guaraní community, where indigenous women share their traditions, culture and daily life.
Back in Buenos Aires, travellers discover the trendy neighbourhood of Palermo Soho, known for its innovative shops, small cafés, and boutiques. In the evening, a tango lesson followed by a farewell dinner show at Tango Porteño brings the journey to a memorable close.

SAT BOLIVIA

This Bolivia itinerary invites travellers to discover the country through the voices, creativity, and resilience of its women.
Guests are welcomed to La Paz with a traditional coca tea ritual, followed by a dinner at Gustu, the fine-dining restaurant celebrated for native ingredients and strong female kitchen leadership. A feminist walking tour offers deep insight into the lives, challenges, and achievements of women across Bolivian society. Encounters with inspiring female changemakers continue through visits to a  textile cooperative, where Aymara women share ancestral weaving techniques, a women-owned jewellery atelier, and the studio of a contemporary female artist shaping Bolivia’s modern creative scene. A lively evening with the famous “cholitas luchadoras” in El Alto - indigenous women wrestling in traditional dress adds a unique cultural highlight.
At Lake Titicaca, the journey takes on a more intimate tone. On Sun Island, travellers meet a local women’s association leading community-based tourism. Over a shared meal, stories of entrepreneurship, tradition, and life in remote Andean communities are exchanged, followed by an overnight stay in a charming eco-lodge overlooking the lake.
The surreal Uyuni Salt Flats provide striking contrast, where a visit to a salt workers’ cooperative offers insight into high-altitude life. Conversations with local women reveal their essential role in sustaining these remote communities. Soak in the unique landscape with a private sunset picnic, set up in the middle of the salt flats.
Continue to Potosí and delve into the region's challenging past and present. Visit a mining museum, meet former miners and their wives, and enjoy an intimate dinner in a historic mansion while listening to stories about the often-overlooked role of women in the city’s colonial legacy and the silver wealth of Cerro Rico.
In Sucre, the journey is rounded off with creative and culinary encounters. From chocolate tastings at the women-led brand Para Ti to visits to the textile museum and a rural Yampara weaving community, the importance of preserving traditions and empowering future generations become tangible. Meanwhile, a market visit with a local chef and a cooking class introduce traditional dishes such as salteñas and ají de maní. Finally, enjoy a farewell dinner accompanied by live Andean music, raising a final toast to an unforgettable experience that celebrates the vital role of women in shaping Bolivia’s cultural identity.

This carefully crafted itinerary combines Brazil’s vibrant culture, deep-rooted traditions and extraordinary natural beauty, brought to life through encounters with inspiring local women.
The journey begins in Rio de Janeiro with the city’s iconic highlights, from Sugarloaf Mountain to Christ the Redeemer. A deeper, women-focused exploration reveals Rio’s cultural soul: from historic streets and culinary traditions to a visit to COOPA-ROCA, a social initiative empowering female artisans through textile craftsmanship. A private cooking class with Chef Simone Almeida creates an intimate setting to connect over Brazil’s rich gastronomy.
Continue to Iguassu and its impressive waterfalls before arriving in Salvador da Bahia, the heart of Afro-Brazilian culture and female-led traditions. During a unique culinary experience, local baianas share the secrets of preparing acarajé (fried bean balls) while offering insight into their cultural and spiritual role within the Candomblé tradition. Travellers also learn about their orixás (African Entities) and take part in a meaningful Yemanjá ritual by the sea, offering flowers alongside the baianas, all dressed in white and accompanied by singing, dancing and drumming. A visit to an all-women Maracatu percussion group highlights female empowerment through music, culture and storytelling, while also addressing the role of women in society and challenging discrimination and prejudice against Afro-Brazilian cultures.
The journey concludes with a few relaxing days on the beaches of Praia do Forte - an ideal setting to unwind and reflect on the authentic encounters and lasting impressions gathered along the way.

This itinerary reveals Chile's diversity through powerful landscapes and authentic encounters. Women play a key role in preserving traditions, shaping communities and sharing their stories with travellers.
Upon arrival in Santiago, a city tour showcases the capital’s highlights, followed by an intimate home-hosted cooking experience where recipes and personal stories are shared.
The journey continues to the Atacama Desert, where Chile’s most otherworldly landscapes unfold - from colourful valleys and high-altitude lagoons to stargazing beneath some of the clearest skies on earth. A highlight is an authentic encounter with women from the Licanantay community. Welcomed into a traditional home, take part in a sensory experience including ancestral storytelling, tastings of local products and a hands-on pottery workshop, followed by a llama walk - sacred animals for the Licanantay people. This exchange reveals the deep connection between community, nature and heritage while supporting the preservation of local traditions.
Further south in the Lake District, adventure meets relaxation. A rafting experience on the Río Trancura  - one of Chile’s most scenic glacial rivers - is followed by time to unwind at the Huife Hot Springs. At Lake Budi, glide across the water in a traditional Wampo canoe before visiting a local Mapuche community, where you learn about ancestral Mapuche Lafkenche gastronomy, inviting you to cook and explore textures, flavors, and secrets passed down through generations. Step inside an authentic Ruka house,  where you will discover its heart: the firepit, a central element in Mapuche life and culture.
Back in Santiago, the nearby Maipo Valley introduces Mujer Andina Wines, a boutique, Women Owned certified winery founded by enologist Andrea Jure Duarte. During a personal tasting experience, travellers learn about sustainable, small-scale wine production and the vision behind this inspiring project.
Travel along the coast to Viña del Mar and Valparaíso, where colourful hills, Victorian architecture, boutique stores and vibrant street art are set against sweeping ocean views – the perfect way to end an inspiring trip!

In the charming square of Chorro de Quevedo, step back in time as you learn about chicha, the sacred fermented corn drink once revered as the Nectar of the Gods by the Muisca indigenous people. In Armenia in the Coffee Triangle experience Colombia’s coffee culture from bean to cup, ending with an aromatic tasting. Relax and recharge in your amazing Bio Habitat wellness retreat, breathwork and invigorating ice immersion sessions reconnect you with nature and yourself. In Medellín, a city transformed into a hub of innovation and culture, you connect with the inspiring Platos sin Fronteras (Dishes without Borders) project in Moravia, where women learn to combine their traditional recipes with local and affordable ingredients, and concepts of conscious and healthy eating. Quito, a UNESCO-listed colonial gem nestled in the Andes, welcomes travellers with its rich history and architectural beauty. A guided city tour reveals its historic treasures, including a visit to the Mindalae Museum—an institution led by a female director, dedicated to preserving and promoting Ecuador’s Indigenous cultures through an inclusive and forward-thinking perspective.
Travelling north to Otavalo, the Andean highlands come alive with vibrant markets and centuries-old craftsmanship. In the village of Peguche, local artisans share their weaving traditions, while the Peguche musicians introduce visitors to their traditional music instruments. At the Kawsaymi project, founder Claudia welcomes guests into her open kitchen for a Kichwa cooking class, offering insight into ancestral recipes and daily life between tradition and modernity. In Mascarilla, travellers meet Afro-Ecuadorian women who share their unique craft of creating symbolic clay masks, reflecting their heritage and identity. A visit to La Bodega Orgánica, a family-run farm dedicated to organic agriculture and medicinal plants, completes this enriching cultural experience.
Relaxation awaits in Papallacta, where thermal springs are set against a dramatic mountain backdrop, before the journey continues deep into the Amazon. Back in Quito, the journey concludes with a visit to a rose plantation near Quito's airport, where travellers learn about the high-altitude cultivation of Ecuador’s world-renowned roses and the vital role women play in one of the country’s most important industries.

Dive into Peru's fascinating legacy of feminine power — reflected in sacred sites, museum collections, and the living traditions of today’s weavers. 
In Lima, the journey begins with a mix of art, history, and gastronomy. A curator-led visit to the Larco Museum offers insight into the role of women in Peru’s ancient cultures, while the bohemian district of Barranco introduces travellers to colonial architecture and contemporary art, including the gallery of renowned artist Víctor Delfín.
In the Sacred Valley, inspiring women keep local traditions alive. At Manos de la Comunidad, ancestral weaving techniques are preserved and shared with visitors. In Pisac, Ernestina welcomes guests to discover her family’s empanada recipe, while in the heart of the Andes, female shaman Laura leads a moving Payment to Mother Earth ceremony. In Maras, the women of the Amilcar family invite travellers into their home for a basket-weaving workshop using corn leaves, followed by a home-cooked meal. In Chinchero, the women soccer team of Parwa combines a shared training session with a visit to their women-owned weaving centre, where they proudly present their textile traditions.
The journey is enriched by Peru’s iconic highlights, including Machu Picchu and Cusco’s living heritage. Here, travellers go beyond the classic city tour with an evening tour revealing stories only locals know, discover Inca astronomy at Cusco’s Planetarium, and take part in a cooking class featuring classic dishes such as ceviche and lomo saltado.
The final days unfold along the coast in Paracas, with visits to the vineyards and pisco wineries of Ica and an unforgetable sunset in the dunes. Back in Lima, the journey ends with a special farewell dinner hosted by Ana María García Alvarado, who welcomes the guests into her home for an evening of hospitality, personal stories, and meaningful exchange.

This inspiring journey through Uruguay invites you to discover the country through the stories, talents and achievements of its women.
The tour begins in Montevideo, where travellers explore the capital’s historic heart before visiting Artesana Winery for a guided tour and tasting. The following day highlights one of Uruguay’s most cherished traditions with a mate tasting session and a hands-on workshop to paint your own mate gourd, led by muralist Florencia Itzaina, whose art celebrates female creativity and identity.
Along the coast, the journey continues with a visit to APALCO, a community of artisanal fisherwomen, where guests gain insight into their daily lives and enjoy a traditional seafood lunch at Cocina de La Barra. In Cabo Polonio, encounter one of South America’s largest sea lion colonies and experience the unique rhythm of this remote fishing village. On the way to Punta del Este, a stop at Alto de la Ballena introduces a boutique winery co-founded by Paula Pivel, whose passion and entrepreneurial spirit have helped shape one of the region’s most distinctive wine projects.
The journey then moves inland to Estancia Los Plátanos, where travellers connect with Uruguay’s rural traditions and daily ranch life, before visiting Cerro Chato museum — the place where women exercised their right to vote for the first time in South America — adding an important historical dimension to the itinerary.
The final days are spent at the eco-friendly hotel Cerro Místico in Minas, surrounded by native forest, wetlands and canyons, offering time to unwind while enjoying nature-based activities in a peaceful and restorative setting.
