Dear travel partner, dear friends:

We hope you are all well in these uncertain times.

This is not our usual monthly newsletter, as the recent days and weeks have been far from usual. Many people experience stress, anxiety, economical pressure and a sense of isolation and loss of control over their lives. Tourism all over the world has come to a halt.

Our highest priority during the past days and weeks was to assist all still on-site travelers to safely return to their home country. We are now taking a break from all operational tasks and use the extra time to focus on a brand-new start.

Please rest assured: We are here for you.

Our customers are the heart of our company and we remain deeply committed to our work. The whole SAT team is working from home, some of us part-time. We can be reached via E-mail and Skype and are always here to answer your questions and to work on new requests.

Staying connected is more important than ever, so we'll continue reaching out through our digital channels to try and put a smile on your face, while we're all doing the best we can.

This is a challenging time for all of us. But we, as colleagues, friends, entrepreneurs, and with our shared love for South America, will get through this.
